Applications can be filled out at City Hall, 207 S. Duke St., Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Must provide rent/lease agreement or owners papers, photo ID and Social Security Number. Deposit is based on Online Utility Exchange Credit Check. For more information contact City Hall at (706) 639-1518.
ONLINE APPLICATIONS
You can complete applications online for utility services.

Residential Service please complete the Residential Utility Application and if you have Gas Service at that location also complete the Natural Gas Application.

Commercial Service please complete the Commercial Utility Application and if you have Gas Service at that location also complete the Natural Gas Application.

Disconnect Services please complete the Disconnect Services (in your Online Account) or come by City Hall.
-To
Transfer Services please complete the Disconnect Services (in your Online Account) for the location that you are turning off and then complete the appropriate applications for services for the new location.

If you are Disconnecting Utility Services or Transferring Utility Services to another location, please complete the Disconnect Services (in your
Online Account) or come by City Hall.
Transfers
If you are Transferring Services please complete the Disconnect Services for the location that you are turning off and then complete the appropriate applications for services for the new location.
Water Adjustments
Customers can apply for a water bill adjustment due to excessive leaks. City residents may also request a sewer charge adjustment after filling a swimming pool.
